Let the rhythm of your voice and the grounding energy of cacao guide you into deeper presence\, reflection\, and joy. \n✨ What to Expect: \n\n\nOpening grounding meditation \n\n\nCeremonial cacao served with intention \n\n\nGuided group singing and sound journey with Michaela \n\n\nTime for reflection and heartfelt connection \n\n\nBringing a drum\, rattle\, or other small acoustic instruments is encouraged — let’s co-create sound and celebrate in rhythm together. \nPlease bring a journal\, a blanket or shawl\, and an open heart.
