Gather beneath the open sky for an immersive experience designed to guide you toward the deeply restorative Theta brainwave state—a space between waking and dreaming where the body can soften\, the mind can quiet\, and deep relaxation can unfold. \nUsing an intuitive blend of vibrational sound\, crystal singing bowls\, chimes\, her velvety voice\, and other therapeutic instruments\, Michaela creates a soothing sonic landscape that invites you to release the day\, settle your nervous system\, and simply receive. Surrounded by the stillness of the evening and the changing season\, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that supports deep rest\, inner awareness\, and a sense of energetic balance. \nWhether you’re feeling mentally overwhelmed\, emotionally depleted\, or simply craving a peaceful evening to pause and reconnect\, this experience offers an opportunity to slow down\, breathe\, and enjoy one final sound journey outdoors before the season changes. \nNo experience is necessary.
