This all-levels class focuses on building strength\, improving balance\, and cultivating body awareness through intentional movement—leaving you feeling centered\, energized\, and connected. \nFollowing class\, ease into a 30-minute mineral soak and let the warmth of our geothermal mineral waters help your muscles relax and your body settle.
