Trauma Touch Therapy™

Trauma Touch Therapy ™ is a specialized, body-centered approach designed to help individuals gently rebuild their connection with physical sensations, body awareness, and themselves.

The process emphasizes a safe, supportive environment and works at the client's pace to support reconnection with the body and its sensations.

Service Details & Booking Requirements

Initial Consultation: A mandatory 90-minute consultation with Kristina Vasquez is required before beginning Trauma Touch Therapy™. This consultation is an essential part of the process, allowing Kristina to conduct a verbal intake, explore the client's needs, and determine whether this therapy is an appropriate fit. The initial consultation is $25.

Treatment Commitment: Clients must commit to a three-session package, with one 90-minute session per week. The three-session package is $375.

Additional Sessions: If further sessions are beneficial, additional 90-minute sessions may be booked for $125 each, based on a mutual decision between the client and Kristina.

Please note that the initial consultation is a required first step and must be completed before any Trauma Touch Therapy™ treatment sessions can take place. Clients must also purchase the three-session package to begin the treatment process.
