Join us for an energizing and mindful Pilates Mat Class led by Club Pilates Reno, hosted in our serene Mt. Rose Event Space at Steamboat Hot Springs. This 45-minute class is designed to leave you feeling balanced, strong, and refreshed.

Following class, guests may choose to extend their experience with a 30-minute mineral water soak, allowing muscles to relax and restore in our healing waters.
