Join us for a 45-minute Pilates Mat Class led by Club Pilates Reno in the serene Mt. Rose Event Space. Designed to improve strength, balance, and body awareness, this class leaves you feeling centered, energized, and refreshed.
After class, extend your experience with a 30-minute mineral water soak to relax muscles, release tension, and restore your body in our natural healing waters.
