Book an Appointment

A credit card is required to secure all appointments, including soaks and therapies. Please call at least 2 hours before your scheduled soak appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Effective as of March 25, 2021, we will charge your credit card 50% of the total cost of your soak appointment if you call within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment. A no-call no-show will result in a full-price charge. Those with memberships will be charged $10 for last-minute cancellations and no-call no-show appointments for soaks. We apologize for this inconvenience, however, due to the high demand for Steamboat’s healing waters, we have had to implement this policy.

Please make massage appointments a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. We are unable to treat children under the age of 12. Massage patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the therapy room. A no-show or same-day cancellation of a scheduled appointment will result in a full-service price charge.

Group reservations are subject to the contracted agreement.
