Cradle of the Heart Sound Journey is a Valentine’s Day sound experience at Steamboat Hot Springs. Guided by resident Vibrational Sound Therapist Michaela Meliss, this love themed sound journey invites guests to soften into self love, romantic love, and the simple act of being held by sound. Crystal bowls, voice, and gentle vibrational tones support nervous system calming and heart centered relaxation.
