Lydia Daft has been a practicing esthetician since 2008, bringing her expertise and passion for skin health to every client. She loves the privilege of helping people through healing touch and creating experiences that rejuvenate both body and soul.
At Steamboat Hot Springs, Lydia cherishes the opportunity to incorporate healing mineral waters into her treatments and to work in a welcoming, supportive environment. She specializes in Pro Youth facials, as well as scalp, neck, and shoulder massage. Passionate about the connection between skin, brain, and gut health, she believes true skin wellness goes far beyond products alone. Her favorite treatments combine a long soak with a facial or massage, making for a deeply restorative experience.
Growing up in a small Iowa town known for its healing mineral springs, Lydia feels a strong connection to Steamboat’s mission of wellness and restoration.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, restoring their 93-year-old home, making music, practicing tai chi, and being in nature. A fun fact: she plays Pokémon TCG with her husband.
