Massage and mineral water together are doubly effective to promote healing and good health.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is done with long smooth strokes along the muscles and is useful in the treatment and prevention of stresses and tension. It helps to relax muscle tension and improves circulation as well as stimulating the removal of toxins from the body. Swedish Massage is available for a one hour, half an hour, one and a half hours or two hours. The length of massage you select should be determined by the condition of your muscles. A half hour will only allow work to be done on a selected area of the body, such as the neck and shoulders. If deep work is required for the entire body an hour and a half is recommended.

Sports & Deep Tissue Massage

Sports massage is recommended following exercise or to deal with sports injuries. It relieves swelling, reduces muscular tension, and helps prevent soreness. Deep Tissue is recommended when there are muscle spasms to be worked on.

Aromatherapy Massage

Swedish massage is combined with a custom blend of pure essential oils created for your specific needs. Pure essential oils are recognized for their many therapeutic uses and can be a wonderful enhancement to your massage.

Integrated Acupressure Massage

Acupressure work clears out tension in the energy meridians in the body. It is effective for a wide variety of conditions, including musculature, organs, and chronic conditions. Gentle acupressure is combined with a soothing massage, combined with use of selected essential oils.

Hot Stone Massage

Massage using hot river stones to ease stress. Heated stones are placed on the body and used throughout the massage.

Craniosacral Massage

A gentle, noninvasive form of healing that follows the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the body. Cerebrospinal fluid bathes and cushions the brain and spinal cord, expressing its motion in a tide-like wave. The therapist provides an opportunity for the body to let go of its restrictive patterns. Fluid-based craniosacral therapy is so gentle that it is safe and suitable for people of all ages, from babies to the elderly, and also those in fragile or acutely painful conditions.

Raindrop Therapy

Raindrop Therapy is a simple application of dropping oils like little drops of rain from about six inches above the body. It is designed to bring the body into balance, to help align the energy centers of the body, and release them if blocked. The oils will continue to work in the body for about 5 to 7 days after the treatment with continued re-alignment taking place during this time. A stroking motion is used to spread the oils as each of 8 different oils is applied to the back. It has been reported that this treatment has a powerful affect on many conditions in the body, including virus and bacteria activity and scoliosis.

Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient form of healing. Evidence has been found in Egypt in the tomb of a physician from 2300 B.C.; and in a temple in Nara, Japan, dating from 700 A.D. The practice was resumed in Europe in modern times. Reflexes in the feet and hands correspond to all the body organs and systems. By the application of pressure to those reflexes the body can be brought back into homeostasis or balance.

Reflex trigger points in the feet are stimulated causing a “current of injury” and a responding “current of healing and regeneration” from the brain. This process was discovered and described by Dr. Robert O. Becker who said that the stimulation of the reflex point triggers the sensory nerve in the brain and thereby causes the release of a chemical response of self-healing. Thus, stimulation of reflex points can trigger a response of self-healing in the organs of the body.

Treating the whole foot can have a relaxing and healing effect on the whole body. It helps the circulation in the body, and balances systems naturally. Clients with any serious medical problems should seek medical advice before undergoing any kind of bodywork.
